Last July the world’s greatest re-issue record label had an open house and block party featuring a backyard set by Ned Doheny, appearances by Syl Johnson and Greg Norman, fireworks, rainbows, Vegan Bahn Mi from Sao Song, a whole spit of Al Pastor meat, Cobra Verde, Illuminated Brewing cans, Off Color kegs, Dark Matter cold brew, the unveiling of Numero’s first video game, and of course armloads and tote-fulls of records.

We were rained out of our first attempt but got lucky and nailed a warm weekend in September at Olive Park and Navy Pier. It turned out to be the last weekend of the Ferris Wheel's 20 year run before it was torn down to be replaced.
